Hydraulic plate shears

They are the most efficient machines that allow to cut sheets up to a thickness of 20 mm and a length of 4 m. They shall apply in small series or series production. New NC control system allows control of the back gauge, to set a relevant shearing angle and the gap between the blades. Hydraulic shears

Folding machines

Sheet metal folding machines are suitable for small-batch and mass production of simple open and closed profiles and boxed products. They are highly flexible in the transition to a different type of products. The capacity of the engine-powered bending machines ranges from 1 mm - 8 mm of thickness and the length is in the range of 1 m - 5 m. Folding machines

Cut to length lines

They are intended for cutting sheets from coil. Construction of lines is modular, so we can deliver the line exactly according to the customer requirements. Maximum thickness of material is 2,25mm and a maximum coil width is 1500mm. Cut to length lines

Motorized shears

They are designed as a guillotine with a table to store the sheared material. The actuator is formed by an electric motor in conjunction with a gear mechanism that directly drives the shearing beam. Retaining metal sheet, when cutting, ensures that the locking system is designed to avoid damaging the metal sheet. Machines are manufactured to the length of max. 4 m and with maximum thickness of 5 mm. Motorized shears
