HYDRAULIC AND MOTORIZED GUILLOTINE SHEARS
Motorized shears are designed as a guillotine with a table to store the sheared material. The actuator is formed by an electric motor in conjunction with a gear mechanism that directly drives the shearing beam. Retaining metal sheet, when cutting, ensures that the locking system is designed to avoid damaging the metal sheet. Wealth of standard and special equipment allows deliver the optimal machine for specific application with the possibility of replenishment during its use. Motorized guillotine shears are manufactured to the length of max. 4 m and with maximum thickness of 5 mm.
Hydraulic shears are the most efficient machines that allow to cut sheets up to a thickness of 20 mm and a length of 4 m. Hydraulic guillotine shears shall apply in small series or series production. NC control system allows control of the back gauge, to set a relevant shearing angle and the gap between the blades.
MANUAL GUILLOTINE SHEARS
They are designed for cutting sheet metal up to a maximum thickness of 2.25 mm and a length of 3 meters. Shearing force is deduced manually through transfer leverage or by foot.
